About the event
Join us as we retreat into the mind, open our hearts and heal our wombs with the sacred medicina of Ix'Cacao. Together we will learn about the traditional uses and lessons of Cacao through an ancient Mayan and Mesoamerican Indigenous lens. We will slooowwww down with meditation and learn from ourselves and the messages of our ancestors that live within us through quiet time and journaling, alongside a light refreshing lunch.
