Elderberry Tonic for immunity building and support.
INGREDIENTS—
- Elderberries
- Apple Cider Vinegar Powder
- Juniper berries
- Cinnamon
- Bay leafs
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Onion
- Star Anise
- Clove
- Rosehips
- Eucalyptus
Elderberry Tonic
Fill jar with about 8oz (1 cup) of hot water, enough so that the contents are completely submerged.
Stir until the ACV (apple cider vinegar) powder is dissolved
Cap with the napkin and lid provided, and store in a dark cool place for 6 weeks
*Every so often gently shake the jar to mix the contents and ensure proper infusion of tonic.
Use one teaspoon as needed at the onset of a cold or other immune system deficiency.
Once opened store in the fridge, making sure the keep the napkin between the lid and the vinegar.
**Once finished you may add more ACV and repeat the infusion cycle. Keep in mind this second batch will be less potent.
